Forms Workshop

Get the most out of your workouts and reduce risk of injury when using the proper exercise forms. This is a great workshop for beginners or those who need a refresher on exercise forms.

We'll focus on:
Bracing the core for stability, controlling the weights (no swinging), stance when making the movements, and wrist control.

The exercises that we want to go over more in depth:
Squat
Lunges
Rows / Flys
Burpees
Push Ups
Tricep Dips
Kettlebell swings
Crunches 
Plank

Open to members, and friends. Adults Only.
