Most of the yoga poses will be practiced on the floor and will be hold for a couple of minutes to stretch and stress the connected tissue (such as ligaments, tendons, fascia, etc.). Using the breath is important to calm the mind and relax into the poses. This Yoga Style is great to gain and keep flexibility. It is for all levels class. Pre-registration is required!
