Art of Learning Tutoring LLC

My name is Jill Miller. I am a graduate of Western Washington University. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Education with an endorsement for Special Education. 
My teaching experience has included most elementary grade levels. I have completed several math trainings with Math in Focus, a common math curriculum taught in Florida. I also had the privilege of attending The Teachers College Reading and Writing Project at Columbia University where I learned about reading and writing strategies from Lucy Calkins, a leading literacy expert.
My love for teaching runs deep. I love watching kids grow. My hope in teaching has always been to make a positive difference in a child's life. My passion for teaching comes from watching individual students grow through customized instruction and creating authentic relationships with students and their families.
